This website is operated by Wired & Wireless Solutions International SAL ("WWSI", "we", "us"), with offices in Hazmieh, Lebanon and Sydney, Australia. WWSI is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

• send a message through our Contact form (name, email address, department and message);
• submit a quote or datasheet request (name, company, business email, phone number, location, project details and products of interest);
• email or call us directly.

Where we share project details with manufacturers or distribution partners (for example to obtain pricing for a quote), we only share what is needed for that purpose.

Our service providers and our offices may store or process information outside your country, including in the European Union, the United States, Lebanon and Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected wherever it is processed.

We keep enquiry and quote information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
